Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area General Manager to oversee our residential plumbing and HVAC operations in Silver Springs, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple locations, driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of multiple residential plumbing and HVAC service locations.
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
– Manage budgets, financial performance, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and technicians.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
– Drive customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and effective problem resolution.
– Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
– Identify opportunities for business development and expansion.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Area General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the residential plumbing and HVAC industry.
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience:
