Key Skills and Qualifications:

Licensing
● Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License
● Valid Texas Driver’s License
● Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years)

Technical Skills
● Residential service plumbing proficiency in:Diagnose, repair, and install
○ Drain clearing and diagnostics
○ Water line repairs/replacements
○ Gas line installation and pressure testing
○ Fixture installations (toilets, faucets, disposals, etc.) Water heater installs (tank/tankless)

● Code knowledge: Familiar with IRC/Texas plumbing code for Tarrant County
● Ability to work independently in occupied residential homes with care and professionalism

Technology & Systems
● Comfortable using tablets/iPads
● Experience (or strong willingness to learn) ServiceTitan
● Familiar with digital estimates, invoicing, customer notes, and inventory logging

Customer Experience
● Friendly, respectful, and confident verbal communication
● Knows how to build trust quickly with homeowners (especially female heads-of-household)
● Can clearly explain technical issues in plain language
● Experience working in high-value homes or premium service settings is a plus

• 5+ years licensed Journeyman experience
• 2+ years active Master license preferred

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Glazier Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. This role involves installing and upgrading glass products such as shower doors, mirrors, and railings, while providing on-site customer support and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:
– Install and upgrade various glass products.
– Provide on-site customer support.
– Maintain accurate documentation and records.
– Ensure compliance with installation codes and standards.

Requirements:
– Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field.
– Working knowledge of glass installation equipment, grades of glass, framework, and hardware.
– Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints preferred.
– Physical stamina for demanding work conditions.
– Valid driver’s license.
– Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule with potential travel.
– Experience in construction or custom glasswork is strongly preferred.
– Energetic, charismatic, self-motivated, and dependable.
