Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to climb heights – Experience climbing and trimming trees with all safety precautions in place.
• Physical stamina — Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, work outdoors in heat/cold, stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Outdoor work readiness — Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold.
• Basic tool handling — Ability to safely use hand tools (rakes, shovels, pruners) and small power equipment (string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers).

Tree Trimming Responsibilities:

• Ground crew support — Drag branches, feed chipper, manage ropes, and maintain safe work zones.
• Chainsaw basics — Operate small saws and follow strict safety protocols.
• Safety spotting — Watch for hazards, assist other climbers, and maintain communication.

Qualifications:

• Tree climbing and trimming experience required.
• Strong understanding of safety standards
• Reliable transportation is a must.
