We’re looking for several licensed plumbers with strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional customer service skills to join our new internal water treatment installation team. Job Overview:
As an Installation Expert, you’ll lead installation teams while collaborating with our remote support team, enjoying full independence when working in the field. You’ll engage directly with customers, assess their needs, plan the layout for new treatment systems, install the systems, and complete startup processes.
As an Installation Expert, you will gain expertise in:
- Drinking Water Quality
- Reverse Osmosis Systems
- Carbon Filter Systems
- Water Softeners
- UV Systems
- And more!
Key Responsibilities:
- Install water treatment and purification systems that function efficiently and look professional.
- Review site notes and design new system layouts.
- Educate customers on the installation process, emphasizing the importance of clean, healthy water.
- Move and lift heavy objects as required for system installation.
- Utilize our computer systems to complete work orders and document installations.
- Drive a company van to customer sites (safe, responsible driving is a priority).
Qualifications:
- Licensed plumber with the ability to pull permits.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, with water treatment installation experience being a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor, excellent time management, and a positive attitude toward customer interactions.
- Clean background and driving record.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience.
