Compensation: $20-$25/hr DOE + Profit Sharing

What You’ll Do
Install epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic floor coating systems
Perform surface preparation, grinding, shot blasting, and concrete repairs
Assist with commercial painting projects
Operate power tools and specialized flooring equipment
Complete industrial cleaning, pressure washing, and site preparation
Maintain quality, safety, and project timelines
What We’re Looking For
3 years’ experience with epoxy flooring, commercial painting, construction, concrete, or related trades
Experience operating power tools and equipment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass customer background screenings
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or off-shift hours as needed
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
