    Skilled Trades Recruiter (High-Performance / High-Volume)

    Location: Tampa, FL (on-site)
    Compensation: $50-65k/year + Commissions
    Flexibility: Available to work evenings/weekends as needed

    About the Role

    We are seeking experienced, high-output Skilled Trades Recruiters to support multiple large-scale accounts across several locations. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where success is measured by activity, placements, and the ability to consistently deliver qualified candidates.

    This is not a passive recruiting role – this position is built for true headhunters who thrive on sourcing, cold calling, and driving results in a high-volume setting.

    What You’ll Do

    • Source, recruit, and place skilled trades professionals across multiple markets
    • Execute high-volume outbound activity (50+ calls per day)
    • Utilize Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, submittals, and placement
    • Submit detailed candidate profiles through internal/client portals
    • Provide consistent updates on pipeline, activity, and placements
    • Work closely with internal teams to support large-scale hiring initiatives
    • Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including after-hours or weekend work as needed

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in high volume skilled trades recruiting 
    • Strong sourcing ability – not reliant on inbound applicants
    • Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and building pipelines from scratch
    • Experience using Boolean search and multiple sourcing platforms
    • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform under pressure
    • Experience with ATS systems 

    Performance Expectations

    • 50 outbound calls per day
    • Consistent pipeline generation and candidate submissions
    • Target of 10+ placements per week (team-supported environment)
