Job Title: Journeyman Plumber
Compensation: $30–$35/hr (based on experience) plus bonus and commissions
Location: Temple, Texas

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial settings

• Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions

• Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism and respect

• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain company standards of safety, quality, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience

• Journeyman Plumber License (or ability to obtain where required)

• Strong technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in a variety of weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
