About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber/License Holder to join our residential plumbing team. This is a hands-on field role, performing complex plumbing jobs while leading a small, skilled crew. You will also serve as the company’s license holder, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. Our team is part of a well-established, nationally recognized plumbing network, offering strong support, proven processes, and resources to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems, including complex jobs requiring advanced troubleshooting

• Lead field teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure work is completed to the highest standards

• Serve as the company’s license holder and maintain compliance with all plumbing regulations

• Collaborate with office and field teams to plan and execute projects efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional company presence

Qualifications:

• Licensed Texas Master Plumber 

• Extensive experience with complex residential plumbing and advanced troubleshooting

• Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding other plumbers or apprentices

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Physically capable of fieldwork and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver’s license
