Pay: Up to $33/hr

Your Responsibilities:
- Run scheduled service and maintenance calls, following company policies and procedures
- Diagnose and successfully repair HVAC issues, ensuring quality work on every call
- Follow dispatching processes before and after each call
- Complete all paperwork and submit collected payments by 8 a.m. the next business day
- Manage warranty parts and returns
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and property
- Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled
- Build lasting relationships with customers, turning them into loyal clients
- Take ownership of every sale through to completion

Experience:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
