Key Responsibilities

• Execute air duct cleaning, dryer vent/chimney services, and insulation installs per SOPs/safety standards.

• Communicate service details, educate on issues, and upsell add-ons (UV lights, sanitation, chimney caps).

• Document jobs with photos/notes in CRM (e.g., Workiz); ensure accurate invoices.

• Maintain stocked van, perform equipment checks, and drive professionally.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED; 1+ year in HVAC/air duct/insulation preferred (training provided).

• Mechanically inclined with power tool proficiency; strong communication/customer service.

• Detail-oriented, coachable, and independent; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

• Valid driver’s license/clean record; available full-time including Saturdays.

• Physically able: Attics, crawlspaces, ladders; lift 50+ lbs.
