    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a licensed and experienced Master Plumber to lead plumbing projects across residential, and commercial job sites in Georgia. This role involves overseeing plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with state and local plumbing codes, supervising journeyman and apprentice plumbers, and contributing to project planning and quality control. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Georgia Master Plumber License- I or II

    • High school diploma or GED

    • Minimum of 5–7 years of plumbing experience

    • In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and local building codes

    • Experience with leak repairs, drainage systems, toilets, faucets, re-piping and water heater replacements

    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

    • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving

    • Valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean driving record

    • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of physical environments

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, design, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems

    • Ensure all work complies with Georgia state plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards

    • Supervise, train, and mentor journeyman and apprentice plumbers

    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation methods

    • Estimate materials, labor, and time requirements for jobs and projects

    • Inspect completed work for code compliance and functionality

    • Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and materials used

    • Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and inspectors

    • Respond to emergency plumbing calls and troubleshoot complex systems as needed

    • Monitor and enforce job site safety protocols

    Qualifications:
