This position offers a commission-based pay structure with a guaranteed base, a company vehicle, and a balanced schedule — no nights, weekends, or emergency calls.

Key Responsibilities

Perform residential plumbing service and repair work, including diagnostics and troubleshooting

Clearly explain issues, solutions, and recommended solutions to homeowners

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship

Accurately document work performed and materials used

Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area

Provide professional, respectful customer service on every call
Qualifications

Journeyman-level residential plumbing experience

Strong troubleshooting and service background

Comfortable working independently in residential settings

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners

No plumbing license required
