    Now Hiring: Lead Journeyman HVAC Technician

    Location: Westchester, NY
    Pay: $30–$45/hour + (based on experience)
    Includes Company Van (Brand-New 2024 Ford Transit)
    Guaranteed 40 Hours

    About the Role:

    We’re looking for an experienced Lead Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll manage HVAC installation and service projects from start to finish, provide mentorship to junior techs, and deliver a top-tier experience to our residential customers. If you’re a hands-on leader with technical expertise and a customer-first mindset, this is the role for you.

    What We Offer:

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead residential HVAC installation and service projects

    • Ensure all installations and service meet safety and regulatory standards

    • Provide support and on-the-job training to junior technicians

    • Troubleshoot complex installation issues and implement effective solutions

    • Keep accurate records and manage tools, inventory, and equipment

    • Assist in building and developing the installation team

    • Present and promote additional products or services (upselling)

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience as a residential HVAC install and service technician

    • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices

    • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • HVAC Operations Manager

    Job Title: HVAC Operations Manager
    Location: Westchester, NY
    Compensation: $125,000/year
    Employment Type: Full-Time


    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Operations Manager to lead our service operations in Westchester County, NY. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day HVAC field operations, managing service and install teams, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency.

    As the HVAC Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team, streamlining processes, and driving performance standards across service, maintenance, and installation departments.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage HVAC service and installation departments, including technicians, installers, and dispatch staff

    • Oversee scheduling, job planning, and daily operations to ensure timely and quality service delivery

    • Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and productivity

    • Monitor KPIs and financial performance; drive profitability and process improvements

    • Ensure compliance with all safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements

    • Handle escalated customer issues and maintain strong client relationships

    • Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow

    • Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality

    • Maintain inventory oversight, fleet management, and tool control

    • Stay up to date with industry trends, equipment, codes, and technology


    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in HVAC operations, service, or management

    • Proven leadership skills and experience managing HVAC field teams

    • Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, codes, and best practices

    • Ability to interpret financial reports, manage budgets, and drive KPIs

    • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

    • Proficient in field service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar)

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    • HVAC certifications and licenses are a plus
