    • Oversee conduit installation, cable pulling, terminations, grounding, equipment connections, and control wiring
    • Coordinate electrical installation with process piping, mechanical equipment, underground utilities, lift stations, and treatment systems
    • Review electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, schematics, P&IDs, specifications, and construction documents
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, short-term look-aheads, manpower plans, and material requirements
    • Coordinate procurement, equipment deliveries, vendors, subcontractors, and field resources
    • Participate in estimating, takeoffs, bidding, proposals, change orders, and project planning
    • Lead RFIs, submittals, inspections, quality-control reviews, punch lists, and closeout activities
    • Work closely with owners, engineers, inspectors, project managers, and municipal representatives
    • Monitor labor, materials, productivity, job costs, and project profitability
    • Resolve electrical and construction issues while keeping projects moving safely and efficiently
    • Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA, company, code, and project requirements
    • Mentor field personnel and hold crews accountable for safety, productivity, workmanship, and schedule performance
    • Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications

    Required Experience

    • 10+ years of hands-on water or wastewater treatment plant construction experience
    • 5+ years of superintendent, electrical superintendent, or comparable field leadership experience
    • Electrical trade background with substantial hands-on installation experience

    • Experience leading crews, electricians, subcontractors, and multiple construction trades
    • Experience with pumps, motors, MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, instrumentation, generators, transfer switches, switchgear, and power distribution
    • Experience installing conduit, conductors, terminations, grounding, controls, and related electrical infrastructure
    • Knowledge of wastewater process equipment, lift stations, process piping, blowers, clarifiers, underground utilities, and treatment systems
    • Experience managing or contributing to large, complex infrastructure projects, preferably in the $10M-$20M range
    • Strong understanding of electrical codes, construction safety, quality control, and commissioning requirements
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, one-line diagrams, P&IDs, blueprints, and project specifications
    • Experience with estimating, bidding, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and change-order management
    • Proficiency with Excel and construction project management software
    • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to regional project sites

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Journeyman, Master Electrician, or electrical contractor credentials are valued but not required
    • Experience with municipal water and wastewater construction
    • Familiarity with SCADA, process controls, instrumentation, and plant startup
    • Experience coordinating directly with engineers, municipalities, inspectors, and equipment manufacturers
    • OSHA training or other applicable construction safety credentials

    Why Join Us?

    • Competitive base salary of $110,000-$140,000
    • Performance-based bonus opportunities
    • Long-term opportunity with a growing company and a strong project pipeline
    • Leadership role with meaningful authority and direct influence on project outcomes
    • Opportunity to lead complex electrical and infrastructure construction
    • Collaborative support from project management and company leadership
