    Electronic Services Technician / Arcade

    Location: Wilmington, NC

    Pay: $75,000 + Benefits/ Full-time Permanent Placement

    Job Summary

    We’re seeking a hands-on, payment-system-savvy Electronic Services Technician / Arcade Technician to join the growing team in Wilmington, NC. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined technician or former military electronics specialist who thrives on troubleshooting, teamwork, and mentoring others.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain arcade, gaming, and amusement equipment, including Betson, GenMega, and Player One.
    • Install, configure, and support payment solution systems such as Entercard, Amusement Connect, Inded, Kia Soft OD1, Nayax, and Intercard.
    • Assist with ATM equipment placements and servicing as part of complete amusement solutions.
    • Lead and mentor junior techs in troubleshooting, safety, and service excellence.
    • Collaborate daily with the local service manager to plan calls, projects, and installations.
    • Maintain accurate service logs and communicate effectively with site contacts and internal teams.
    • Travel occasionally (˜10%) to assist other branches on major installations or urgent service calls

     Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in amusement, arcade, ATM, or electronic service — OR relevant military electronics training.
    • Proven expertise with cashless payment and credit systems (Entercard, Amusement Connect, Inded, Kia Soft OD1, Nayax, Intercard).
    • Stable employment history and strong professional references.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely with power tools and diagnostic equipment.
    • Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1 weekend every 6–8 weeks).
